Start on a path of self-discovery and healing
‘I am convinced that once people realise how sentient their animals are, and how sensitive they are to touch and energy, the greater the awakening will become, and the urge to connect more deeply with them will transcend the need to
dominate or power over them.
This has to be brought about by a combination of science, logic and a path with heart.
The only way to achieve this is to connect more deeply to ourselves, and to reawaken our innate intelligence.
In my workshops we explore all these elements and the real work back to self for others begins…’

In perfect harmony by all of its counterparts, expand upon your own nature or the nature of your horse as you work together with these components in my workshops. My speciality looks at the fascial and nervous system how it weaves through the skeletal, muscular and vascular structures as I have learned to combat dissonances with a touch for TRE.
Having earned professional qualifications as a therapeutic massage therapist in 1993, Liza Kimble’s journey has been a continuous quest for knowledge and expertise in various holistic and therapeutic disciplines. Her dream was always to work with horses, especially as a collector of rescues, but opportunities for professional bodywork in Equines didn’t yet exist in South Africa in the early 90’s, so on humans it began.
Fast forward 30 something years, her endless passion of wanting to work with horses and combine the key elements of Trauma Release Exercises and Fascia Release Bodywork into a gentle, user friendly model, has culminated in the modality it is today.
With a comprehensive background as a qualified massage therapist and extensive training in Fascia, Laser Acupuncture, Reflexology and Meridian Therapy, Sports and Holistic Massage techniques, Trigger Point therapy, Muscle Activation and Trauma Release Exercises, Liza Kimble continues to be a dedicated professional in the field.

Fascia and the Nervous System – Understanding Pain, Anxiety, Fear and Stress in Large and Small Animals Pain, fear, anxiety and chronic stress are not isolated problems. They are expressed through the nervous system and supported, limited, or amplified by the fascial network. In animals, these systems are constantly responding to physical load, emotional stress, injury, environment and experience. When stress becomes chronic, or pain is poorly resolved, the nervous system adapts. Fascia adapts with it. This webinar explores how fascia and the nervous system interact, why this connection matters clinically, and why purely mechanical or symptom-focused approaches often fail to create lasting change. This webinar is for anyone working with animals where pain, stress or trauma are present.
The series examines how individuals encounter adversity, respond to challenges, and ultimately recover. Persistently reliving personal narratives rooted in shame and trauma can reinforce these experiences; however, this program provides effective tools to transform such narratives into sources of empowerment. This process exemplifies post-traumatic growth.
This is a self-healing toolkit for anyone that’s curious or has the foundations of self-awareness.
